Due to the nature of motor vehicle sales and in accordance with Florida state law, all sales of motorcycles and gas scooters are final. Once a motorcycle or gas scooter is purchased online, it is considered a final sale. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be accepted.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect their vehicle immediately. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to our customer service team upon delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the vehicle as is.
